Pricing
All prices are correct at time of going to print. Please contact us for the most up to date pricing.
Wedding Prices
We have 2 types of prices for wedding products (e.g. Albums, Photos and CD's) one is the main (full) price and the other is the 'Extras' price (as you will see on our price list).
For weddings you must choose one item from the main price list to complete a package, after this you can pick some items from the 'Extras' price list - some conditions apply to this...
- If you choose an Album from the full price list, you must choose the same style of album on the 'Extras' list. E.g. if you choose a 'Deluxe Coffee Table Book' as your main album, then you can choose any of the different sized 'Deluxe Coffee Table Book's' from the extra's menu but you cannot choose something like the 'Exquisite Digital Album' from the extras list (if you want 2 different types of Album they will both need to be purchased from the full price list)
- Extra Copies of the Main album and also Parent/Guest albums must be purchased with the Full priced main album (you will be told when is the latest date to decide wheter you want extra albums). The printing company will not print Parent/Guest albums separately.
- If you purchase Prints or a CD from the full price list then you cannot purchace an Album from the 'Extras' price list, you will need to purchace it from the Full price list.
- If you purchase Prints, a CD or an Album from the full price list then you can purchace Prints and CD's from the 'Extras' price list.
When booking your wedding photography the price we quote you for your package will be fixed and will not be affected by any price changes.
Any extras you require we will also keep the price fixed at the time you booked with us until 3 months after your wedding (the only exception to this is that if the manufacturers raise the price of an item more than 10% - in which case we will have to raise our prices to cover the costs).
Portrait Prices
The prices for portrait products (e.g. prints, canvas, framed prints & gifts) is priced at the time of supply
Payment Types
We accept:
Paypal: for Credit/Debit card transactions.
We accept Paypal payments through out 'Pick Your Images' website (please enquire for details). You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility, as Paypal gives you the option to pay without signing up to them. When you are taken through to the Paypal site just click on the link on the left side that says: 'Don't have a PayPal account?'
Cheque/Postal Order: Please make cheque/PO out to 'Anna Bravington' and send to: Suite 8, Rowan House, 23 Billing Road, Northampton. NN1 5AT
Refunds
Services
Weddings: please refer to your wedding contract for details.
Portraits & Corporate: If you are not happy with your images please let us know, we will review the photographs and your comments and may offer a free session or refund. This is done on a case by case basis.
Products
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund unless an item is faulty. This is because prints and gifts are custom made for customers. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Delivery
Prints & Canvas: We like to post these within 7 days of your order.
But please allow 14 working days for delivery, at busy times of year waiting times may be slightly longer due to slower post and the print labs are busier, but we always try to get images out to you as soon as possible.
For very large, custom canvas' we personally deliver them to you or you can collect.
Gifts: Most gifts are posted within 14 days, but some have longer manufacturing times and may take up to 21 days. Please ask if you need to know the delivery time of a specific product.
Framed Prints: We like to deliver framed prints within 7 - 14 days. Framed prints are delivered by hand, or you can collect them from our studio
Albums: Wedding Albums normally take 4-6 weeks to be delivered
If you are collecting your items, the waiting time will be less than if we are posting them.
Displaying of Images
Images that have been taken by Anna Bravington - Photography Studio may be displayed on our websites, in the studio, on marketing and displays. By booking a shoot with us you agree to allow your images to be displayed. If you would rather your images were not displayed then please contact us in writing or by email and request your images not to be displayed and we will comply with your wishes.
We may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us.
